**Job Description** **$10,000.00 Recruitment Incentive for eligible positions and eligible new employees joining UW Medicine** Join **Harborview Medical Center's t** eams of outstanding **Psychiatry Registered Nurses** (RN) Harborview Medical Center is a level one adult and pediatric trauma center as well as regional burn center for a four-state region; a teaching and research hospital for the University of Washington; and a public/safety-net hospital for our diverse community. **DEPARTMENT** + 21-bed unit + 2:1 staffing ratios + 24/7 security + Our ICU patient population is primarily involuntary. Our nurses and staff understand de-escalation, seclusion, and restraint techniques. Certification Premium $1,25/hr. Weekend shift differential $4.00/hr.
