Sales Development Rep

Key to our growth goals is a world-class, high-performing Brand Sales Team. The Brand Sales team is built on hustle, practicing a builder’s mindset, delivering on the highest of standards for customers, and living a team-first mentality. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified Sales Development Rep (SDR) to find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our suite of media products and analytics to help brands achieve growth.

As the owner of demand generation from new prospects, an ideal SDR will:

  • Excel at researching and documenting leads within existing and net-new target accounts

  • Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information on all prospects.

  • Meet and exceed monthly goals measuring a cadence of outbound emails and phone calls to targeted prospects.

  • Create highly personalized emails sequences to targeted accounts and leads.

  • Generate new leads within existing accounts in collaboration with Directors of Brand Partnerships.

  • Own the sales and account management processes end-to-end with new accounts, from lead generation to deal closure and campaign reporting.

  • Learn quickly and continuously sharpen communication skills to showcase Cooler Screens offerings in a compelling way.

  • Collaborate with Marketing team and Directors of Brand Partnerships to learn go-to-market, sales strategy and key success inputs.

  • Ability to learn/understand and articulate our solutions, as well as communicate a compelling narrative effectively and professionally across a variety of settings – phone, video conference, in-person.

  • Experience/Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment where change, learning, and adaptation is continuous.

  • “Scrappy” and willing to do whatever it takes to learn the business, research and engage leads, collaborate with teammates, and more.

  • A passion for winning and celebrating together as a team!

You have:

  • 1+ years of sales experience or in business development supporting a high-velocity sales organization.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, startup environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills to convey value propositions, overcome objections, and simplify data and insights.

  • Proficiency with PPT, Excel, Video Conferencing, and Online tools and Dashboards.
