Job Title: Door-to-Door Sales Representative (Lead Generator)

Job Description:
Alpha Arborcare is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Representatives. This role focuses on generating leads by speaking with homeowners and scheduling free quotes. All sales are closed by the company owner.
Responsibilities:
• Canvas residential neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners and generate interest in a free quote
• Collect and relay lead information to the closing team
• Represent the company professionally
Compensation:
• 10% commission per completed job
• Average job value: $600–$15,000
• Example earnings:
• $3,000 job = $300 commission per job
• $8,000 job = $800 commission per job
• Start up *BONUS* -Cash commissions paid during the first two weeks
Training:
•Immediate start- training starts immediately.
No experience needed. Training is provided.
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and reliable
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Prior sales experience a plus, but not required
