YOUR ROLE:

Each day, you arrive at the dealership, greeted by the buzz of excitement and possibility. As a Sales - Underwriting Manager, you're at the helm, steering customers toward their dream vehicles while navigating the intricacies of financing with finesse. From building relationships with clients to tailoring financing solutions to meet their needs, you're the ultimate problem-solver and trusted advisor.

As the day unfolds, you'll immerse yourself in our extensive inventory, guide customers through their options, and celebrate each successful sale with a sense of pride and accomplishment. With every interaction, you're shaping the future of automotive sales and finance – and leaving a lasting impression on our valued clientele.

TO SUCCEED, YOU NEED:

• 3+ years of customer service and automotive sales experience
• Strong understanding of automotive finance and lending practices
• Self-motivated personality with a drive to exceed sales targets
• Knowledge to understand pay stubs, fraud awareness, and verify documents submitted
• Must know how to structure an auto loan
• Proficiency in debt-to-income calculations
• This position is for underwriting auto loans for out related finance company. Prior experience in franchise dealerships and retail dealerships that submit deals to outside lenders will NOT be considered experience required for the open position.

Preferred qualifications:

• Work experience in finance and insurance departments
• A financing background is highly desired
• Background in automotive loans and financing
• 3+ years of automotive finance experience

YOUR TYPICAL SCHEDULE:

• Position Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
