What You'll Be Doing

As a Casual Package Delivery Driver , you’ll:

• Safely deliver packages using our iconic brown trucks.
• Engage with customers and provide excellent service.
• Enjoy the thrill of being outdoors while staying physically active.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• The ability to lift up to 70 lbs .
• A valid driver’s license (no CDL required, license type varies by state).
• To pass the DOT physical.
• Strong customer service and driving skills.
• The legal right to work in the U.S.
• To comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform.

Working Conditions

As a full-time casual package delivery driver, you can expect:

• Workdays of 8 to 10 hours , with varying schedules (Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday).

*This is a seasonal role, but it’s a fantastic starting point at UPS. Many seasonal drivers transition into permanent positions with even more benefits, including an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year for full-time drivers, which includes:
