Title: Senior Accountant
 
Salary: $90-110k(DOE) + Bonus
 
Job Description : Looking for a Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team and help build out critical accounting operations during this exciting growth phase. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with a variety of financial statement accounts, including:

• Cash
• Fixed Assets
• Leases
• Operating Expenses
• Equity
• Month-end close documentation preparation
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools

 
Responsibilities:

• Own and improve Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP) processes
• Perform daily accounting tasks including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including variance analysis and compliance with GAAP
• Support and help manage month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis
• Collaborate across teams to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Support audits by providing documentation and financial data

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting degree preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related department
• Full Cycle GL, AP, AR Experience
• Strong Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUPS)
