The Work You'll Do:

The ABM/digital marketer to help us amplify our story worldwide across our owned and paid channels through the use of multi-channel, integrated programs. You will be responsible for building programs that increase awareness and demand through scalable ABM, online/web marketing, organic search, and paid media programs in a high-growth environment. 

More specifically you will:

  • Develop and execute compelling ABM strategy and programs that successfully engage target accounts, moving them effectively through the buyer's journey to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Understand the buyers within Sovos target accounts – pain points, demographics, and how they buy.
  • Create and execute 1:1 and 1: few campaign strategies that drive new business pipelines.
  • Create 1: many campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, leads, and other outcomes.
  • Report on ABM metrics and optimize for performance.
  • Run experiments, track performance, and continually optimize campaigns to build and scale a highly efficient ABM program.
  • Execute campaigns through an ABM platform and social media.
  • Work closely with the Marketing, PMM, and Sales teams – ensuring a constant feedback loop and incorporating insights to improve performance. 
  • Coordinate with marketing ops on reporting to ensure alignment, collaboration, and follow-up on leads generated or influenced by ABM campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with peers to align ABM campaigns with other ongoing online/offline initiatives.
  • Support execution of virtual and physical events that are ABM focused.
  • Support relationships between key agencies Sovos uses, e.g. ABM, creative, media, production, etc. 

What We Need From You:

  • 5+ years proven global marketing experience with a breadth of knowledge around marketing operations and campaign execution. 
  • Experienced in onboarding and managing ABM programs and tech stack such as Pathfactory, 6sense, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign optimization practices.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs. 
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements. 
  • Experience scaling marketing across multiple locales and/or products. 
  • Experience building close working relationships with internal and external partners across social, marketing, creative agency, media, etc. 
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools. 
  • Experience with Marketo or other Marketing Automation tools. 
  • Advanced user of Excel and familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. 
  • Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug screen upon hire.
