*What You’ll Do:*
* *Lead design *on high-impact trade show and experiential projects — from concept through execution
* Be the *creative face of the brand *in client meetings, pitch rooms, and strategic discussions
* Translate feedback and business goals into designs that are both stunning and strategic
* Work side-by-side with other top-tier creatives in a studio setting where ideas move fast and inspiration flows

*What You Bring:*
* 5+ years of exhibit or experiential design experience - *Industry experience is required* (trade shows, live events, or experiential marketing preferred)
* A portfolio that blends creativity, strategy, and execution at a senior level
* Mastery of design tools like 3ds Max, SketchUp, Adobe CC, AutoCAD, etc.
* Experience presenting to clients and leading design conversations
* Passion for collaboration, growth, and doing work that moves people
*What You’ll Earn:*
Steelhead offers a competitive compensation package for the Senior Exhibit Designer role:
* *Base Salary: *$85,000 – $95,000 annually, based on experience and portfolio strength
* *Incentive Program: *Quarterly and annual bonuses tied to innovation, sustainability, and creative impact — with opportunities to earn up to $2,000+
