WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Proactively recruit, screen, and hire top-tier sales and acquisitions talent.
  
• Source candidates through social media, referrals, job boards, and networking events.
  
• Conduct interviews that evaluate both skillset and culture fit.
  
• Build strong relationships with candidates and guide them through the hiring process.
  
• Collaborate with leadership to define recruiting goals and benchmarks.
  
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve strategies.
  
• Sell the vision of Myers Home Buyers and inspire candidates to join our mission.
