Job Description Job Description Office Location(s): *Danvers, MA & Williamstown, MA Schedule: Full-Time (In-office during tax season; hybrid remote in off-season) About the Position Tri-Point Tax and Accounting Services, LLC—part of The Clear View Group—is seeking a highly skilled Tax Accountant with 5 years of experience to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing, forward-thinking tax practice. This full-time position is based out of our Danvers, MA office and includes periodic travel to our successful Williamstown, MA practice, where we prepare and file approximately 1,100 tax returns annually. You will play a key role in tax return review and some tax prep as well, and will benefit from the rollout of a new process designed to eliminate much of the manual entry, creating a more efficient and streamlined review process. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review individual and business tax returns, including: 1040, 1120, 1065, 990, and 1041 Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely filing of all returns Assist with implementation of new processes and technology to streamline workflow Provide tax-related support to both the Danvers and Williamstown offices Communicate with clients and address tax matters Offer mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed Travel periodically to the Williamstown office for on-site support Qualifications Minimum 5 years of tax preparation and review experience Experience with UltraTax and/or Drake software strongly preferred Exceptional attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent client service Availability to work in-office during tax season; hybrid remote flexibility in the off-season About The Clear View Group Tri-Point Tax and Accounting Services is one of three companies under The Clear View Group, a comprehensive financial services organization built to support clients across key areas of financial strategy and tax planning.
