Summary:

The Senior Graphic Designer is a dynamic, visionary creative who specializes in designing impactful visual experiences for live events. From immersive environmental graphics and large-scale installations to polished print collateral and engaging digital assets, this role brings event concepts to life through bold, strategic, and unforgettable design. Senior Graphic Designers lead complex creative projects, inspire teams, and ensure every visual touchpoint enhances the overall event experience while aligning with client objectives.

This position requires fluency in top-tier design tools—alongside a proven knack for crafting print and digital work, immersive brand experiences, and larger-than-life environmental graphics for events and installations. This individual ensures every deliverable shines with quality, consistency, and a strategic edge that aligns with client visions.

You’ll spend your days on the following:

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring excellence at every stage
• Develop creative solutions for complex design challenges
• Present creative concepts and design strategies to clients and internal teams
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior designers
• Produce an array of event collateral and digital projects, including but not limited to:
• Immersive branding installations and environmental graphics
• Large-scale signage and directional event collateral
• Pre-trip and welcome packets
• High-end product packaging and amenity cards
• Labels, luggage tags, menu cards, and place cards
• Event websites
• High-impact email marketing campaigns
• Customized mobile app graphics
• Create and manage event collateral summaries
• Advise, assist, and strategize on client-facing websites, email marketing, and other digital needs with cross-functional teams
• Stay current with design and development trends, applying them appropriately and sharing insights to drive innovation
• Contribute to process improvements and implement best practices to enhance team efficiency and output
• Make informed, strategic decisions about design approach and execution to achieve optimal results
• Ensure project outcomes meet or exceed client expectations and uphold the highest standards of satisfaction
• Work with production artists to manage collateral order quantities, order and shipping timelines, and hard cost budgets

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
• 6+ years of professional experience in design, development, or a similar field
• Extensive proficiency in design software, such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Experience in leading design initiatives and presenting creative concepts
• Agency or event-based experience is a plus
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Exceptional design expertise with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Creative thinker with the ability to inspire and lead innovative design projects
• Collaborative work style with an innovative and resourceful mindset
• Superior time management and organizational abilities
