As a Clinical Consultant, you are responsible for driving the customer through the design of clinical and business processes, solution and technology workflow, and successful adoption that will lead to achieved value. Manage ongoing relationships with customers, providing clinical subject matter expertise focusing on customer success in utilizing Oracle's solutions. Using Oracle's implementation approach and methodology, the Clinical Consultant will assist in Change Management, help identify opportunities for improvement, guide customers through workflow reviews and is responsible for achieving the project's targeted outcomes.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse, specializing in Clinically Driven Workload Reconciliation, is responsible for guiding customers through the change process required to achieve key performance indicators related to the adoption and optimization of the Oracle Millennium electronic health record across multiple service lines. This role applies deep knowledge of clinical documentation practices, workflows, and revenue cycle operations to ensure alignment between clinical and financial processes. The nurse leverages expertise in Oracle Millennium applications to support accurate and compliant documentation that drives efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. Through collaboration with clinical and operational stakeholders, the nurse promotes best practices in EHR utilization and data integrity, supporting customers in achieving successful adoption outcomes.

Utilizing effective consulting skills during project events, the Clinical Consultant will coordinate integration of clinical activities and workflow reviews, facilitate business process change and provide change management consulting to ensure that organizational aspects are addressed as new enabling technologies are implemented. In doing so, the job requires focus on change management and end user adoption.

This role engages with staff and leadership from Federal customers and members of the broader Oracle clinical and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in nursing

  • At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

o 3+ years' experience optimizing revenue cycle processes for healthcare systems.

o At least 1- year clinical consulting and/or other clinical healthcare information technology (HCIT) work experience

  • Professional license required: Registered Nurse - State Board

  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations. Depending on the job there may be additional minimum requirements and/or preferred qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or HIM related certification

  • Advanced degree in Informatics

  • Background in working with Federal agencies

  • Experience implementing large scale E.H.R. (Electronic Health Record) projects

  • Experience in healthcare operations and revenue cycle operations

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
