Staff Pharmacist LTC Pharmacy Indianapolis, IN (Temp-to-Perm)
We are seeking an experienced Staff Pharmacist for a long-term care pharmacy located in Indianapolis, IN. This is a 13+ week temp-to-perm opportunity for a pharmacist who enjoys a variety of duties and is comfortable working in a busy environment.
Position Details:
Shift: Second shift, 3:00 PM Midnight (flexible start and stop times)
Schedule: Monday through Friday with rotating weekends (every 3rd weekend)
Will consider a 7-on/7-off schedule if preferred
What You Will Do:
Manage pharmacy cycles using the Framework system
Work with strip packaging automation equipment
Contribute to pharmacy operations beyond final product verification
Ensure workflow efficiency and accuracy in all tasks
Requirements:
Active Indiana Pharmacist license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of experience running cycles through Framework (required)
IV experience is helpful but not mandatory
