Essential Job Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our residents receive the care they deserve. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the facility is adequately staffed to meet residents' needs.
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and coordination of staffing procedures.
  • Performing daily and monthly staffing in accordance with management instructions.
  • Auditing nursing personnel time accurately and timely.
  • Posting daily staffing requirements.

Education and Experience

  • Experience with nursing staffing processes and procedures is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • On-Shift Scheduler experience is preferred.
  • ADP payroll experience is preferred.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have any direct reports or supervisory requirements.
