\nJob Profile - Field Service Installation Technician (MT4)

\nDescription:
\n
\nThe Off-Site Implementation Center (OSIC) Field Service Installation Technician will be responsible for the set-up and delivery of equipment ready for onsite installation at customer sites and according to the pre-installation process.
\n● Set up and operate equipment and processes in accordance with standard operating procedures and site protocols.
\n● Inspect product for quality and adherence to specifications.
\n● Completes and ensures accuracy of all process orders and associated required documentation, records, and metrics.
\n● Prepare and maintain work centers according to specifications.
\n● May train others in the department as needed.
\n● Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
\n● Perform material handling of incoming and outgoing instruments.
\n
\n
\nMinimum Requirements:
\n
\n● High school diploma or GED and 2 years of technical school or equivalent military training or equivalent work experience
\n● 2 years progressive experience repairing or servicing mechanical/system hardware and software, or networking/wireless networking or equivalent military experience.
\n● Effective time-management, organization and prioritization skills.
\n● Good written/verbal communication skills
\n● Detail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and within a team setting
\n● Advanced knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and information technology and/or certified Medical Technician
\n● Valid forklift operator certificate or ability to obtain a forklift operator certificate.
\n● Ability to understand and comply with appropriate safety, health, and environmental procedures.
\n
\nPreferred Experiences:
\n● Experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
\n● Experience working in a regulated work environment.
\n
