Requirements:

• MUST HAVE OWN CARGO VAN
• MUST HAVE TWIC CARD
• 21 years of age or older
• Solid knowledge of the city
• A registered, insured and inspected car, SUV or van less than 10 years old
• A current driving license and clean driving record
• Tech savvy -- you're comfortable using a smartphone and apps
