Job Description

PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Urologist to join a dedicated and community-oriented practice full-time in Ridgefield, Washington.

This highly dedicated practice works closely with the St. John Medical Center in Longview for complex cases while covering many basic procedures such as such as cystoscopies, ESWLs, and uncomplicated open procedures at the clinic in Ridgefield.

There is currently a high desire to expand the clinics offers to provide more complicated cases such as robotic prostatectomies, nephrectomies and bladder resections on-site. As such, the team is looking for a candidate who is eager to help build these offerings.

Position Details:

  • Full-time role with mix of inpatient and outpatient care
  • 2 days of surgery at St. John Medical Center in Longview, 2 days at the clinic in Ridgefield, and 1 day of admin (32 patient-facing hours per week)
  • Excellent growth opportunity to help expand clinic's service offerings
  • Call is 1:3
  • Beautiful clinic & ASC building with good access to Da Vinci Xi robot

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Compensation is $560,601 per year
  • Productivity/value measure compensation is available
  • Full benefits include health, vision, dental, retirement, PTO and more

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be a board-certified MD/DO
  • At least 1 to 2 years' experience post-residency required
  • Be able and willing to obtain licensure in the State of Washington
