We are looking for a **highly organized Virtual Assistant** to join our dynamic **real estate team**. In this role, you’ll be responsible for **property listing management** and **lead generation tasks**, playing a vital part in the firm’s day-to-day success.
Your ability to efficiently manage listings on rental platforms and follow up on incoming leads will directly contribute to the **growth and efficiency** of our operations.
* Proven experience as a **Virtual Assistant** or in a similar administrative role
* Must be **currently residing in the United States**
* Familiarity with **real estate listing platforms** and lead generation strategies
* Strong **written and verbal communication** skills
