We’re hiring a reliable, hardworking Field Tech to perform residential and commercial exterior cleaning services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants consistent hours with opportunities to grow.

You’ll primarily handle window cleaning , with additional work in pressure washing, house washing, surface cleaning , and seasonal Christmas light installation (October–December) .

Services You’ll Perform

• Window Cleaning (primary service)
• Pressure Washing
• House Washing
• Surface / Flatwork Cleaning
• Christmas Light Installation & Removal (seasonal)

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs efficiently and with high quality
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Load, unload, and maintain equipment and supplies
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Ensure job sites are clean and presentable after service
• Accurately report completed work
• Represent the company in a professional manner

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or similar work is a plus, but not required
