With six Homes across the state, MVH is nationally recognized for excellence, innovation, and our unwavering mission: Caring for Those Who Served.

Our Augusta Home was the first MVH location built entirely around the Small House Model of care — a nationally acclaimed, person-centered approach that transforms long-term care from an institutional setting into a true home. Each household is designed for 10–15 residents, supported by self-directed team members who provide personalized care, foster independence, and build meaningful relationships in a warm, home-like environment.

Position Summary

At MVH-Augusta, the Administrator supports the home’s unique model that fosters an innovative resident and staff-centered environment. They provide guidance and leadership that maintains the Small House Model philosophy and principles, while creating innovative ways to improve revenue and mitigate costs.

This role is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of the Augusta Home, ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care and service in alignment with MVH’s mission, values, and regulatory standards. The Administrator oversees all aspects of facility management, including clinical operations, financial performance, human resources, and resident satisfaction, while cultivating a culture of respect, collaboration, and excellence among staff.
