Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of business transactional experience. Experience in M&A, equity financings, and private securities offering is a plus.Candidates should be detail-oriented, client-focused, team oriented, and capable of producing outstanding work product. The candidate must have strong academic credentials and be a member of or be eligible to waive into the State Bar of Oregon.
