Job Title: Healthcare Call Center Representative

Location: Lenexa, KS (Zip Code: 66215)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Healthcare Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high volumes of inbound calls, scheduling patient appointments, and providing exceptional customer service in a professional healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently.

• Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness, and an understanding of multi-line telephone procedures.

• Answer incoming calls within 1-3 rings using a professional and friendly greeting.

• Screen telephone calls to ensure all messages are clear, complete, and promptly delivered.

• Obtain and verify patient information through interviews for appointment scheduling and clinical messages.

• Collect referring physician information by communicating with referring offices, screening emergent and non-emergent patients for scheduling.

• Route medical inquiry calls to the appropriate clinical staff member.

• Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor at all times.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, staff, and referring offices.

• Adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements.
