  • Coordinate with internal and partner resources to develop high-quality educational content, campaign assets, and marketing collateral.
  • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and seamless project coordination.
  • Align partners and internal teams around partnership goals, strategic approaches, and project timelines.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and content performance to both internal and partner audiences.
  • Leverage performance data and partner feedback to refine strategies, adjust tactics, and enhance content to meet or exceed partnership KPIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in partner, channel, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience in marketing annuities, insurance, or related financial services products is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that achieve defined objectives.
  • Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and drive alignment around a shared vision and action plan.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Slack and Asana is a plus.
